Available debt collector jobs candidates will be responsible for:

• Managing a Portfolio of Consumer and Commercial Accounts.
• Have a Professional and Courteous Demeanor.
• Be Dependable and Show Up to Work. 

Daily Debt Collector job duties include:

• Contacting Consumers by Phone.
• Negotiating Repayment of Outstanding Debts. 
• Setting Up Payment Plans.
• Dispute Resolution.
• Skip Tracing.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Collections Experience.
• Strong Negotiating Ability.
• In-Depth Skip-Tracing Skills.
• Experience Managing a Large Portfolio of Accounts.
• Detail Oriented.
• Understanding of Consumer Protection Laws.
• Familiar with State Collection Laws, the F.D.C.P.A., and the ability to adapt to a changing work environment.

Atlas Financial Services is looking for a long-term results-oriented team player with excellent communication skills that work well in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be efficient with computers and familiar with programs such as Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems. Previous collections experience is a plus.

Compensation includes an hourly base pay and a performance-based monthly and quarterly bonus. Atlas also offers a compensation package that includes employer matching simple retirement plans, paid vacation time, paid sick leave, paid holidays, a casual work environment, and FLEX time.
