Effective date: August 4, 2026
This Website Privacy Policy explains how We Collect Inc., doing business as Atlas Financial Services (“Atlas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit atlas-pnw.com, contact us about our services, schedule a consultation, or interact with our online advertising.
This policy applies to our public marketing website and prospective-client communications. It does not replace or modify our separately published Consumer Privacy Notice, which addresses information handled in connection with consumer collection accounts.
Important instruction for healthcare and dental visitors
Do not enter or send protected health information (PHI), patient names, account numbers, dates of birth, diagnoses, treatment information, balances, or any other patient or consumer account data through this website, its contact forms, Calendly, or marketing-tracking tools.
The website and its scheduling tools are intended only for general business inquiries and consultation scheduling. Healthcare and dental providers must use the secure account-placement process and other authorized channels specified in their services agreement when transmitting account information.
Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide. Your name, work email address, business telephone number, organization, job title, service interests, preferred meeting time, and the contents of a general business inquiry.
- Website and advertising information. Internet Protocol address, browser and device details, pages viewed, date and time, referring page, approximate location derived from an IP address, advertising or campaign parameters, and interactions with our website.
- Scheduling information. When you use an embedded Calendly scheduler, Calendly collects the information you enter and provides scheduling details to us. Our Google Ads conversion tag receives only a signal that a booking was completed; we do not intentionally send the Calendly event payload, contact details, or form responses to Google Ads.
- Call information. When a Google forwarding number or another call-tracking service is used, we and our service providers may receive the call date and time, call duration, routing or advertising attribution, and caller number or area code depending on the service configuration. We do not intentionally send call content to website analytics or Google Ads. If a call is recorded, we will provide any notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Our website and service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, or similar technologies to operate the site, maintain security, understand traffic, and measure advertising results.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- respond to inquiries and schedule or conduct consultations;
- evaluate whether Atlas’s services may fit a prospective client’s business needs;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
- measure advertising performance, including completed consultations and qualifying calls;
- prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents;
- comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect our rights and the rights of others; and
- maintain business records and manage our relationships with prospective and current clients.
Our Google Ads website tag is intended for conversion measurement. Atlas does not intend to use marketing-site data for remarketing, Customer Match, enhanced conversions, or personalized advertising. The tag should be configured with restricted-data-processing and ad-personalization signals disabled. We do not upload patient lists, consumer collection-account data, PHI, or form contents to Google Ads.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to:
- service providers that support website hosting, WordPress operations, scheduling, email, telephone and call measurement, security, analytics, and advertising measurement;
- professional advisers such as attorneys, auditors, insurers, and accountants;
- government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; and
- a successor or participant in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections.
Our principal marketing-site providers may include Google for advertising measurement and Calendly for scheduling. Their own notices explain how they handle information: Google Privacy Policy and Calendly Privacy Notice.
Atlas does not knowingly sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly. You may contact us using the details below to ask about our practices or exercise an applicable choice.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to manage a prospective or current client relationship, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of information, why it was collected, and applicable legal or contractual requirements. Our service providers may apply their own retention schedules.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not use the marketing website or Calendly to transmit sensitive account information or PHI.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can limit cookies through your browser settings and adjust Google advertising choices at My Ad Center. Blocking cookies may affect website or scheduling functionality.
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or opt out of certain processing. To submit a request, email admin@afscollect.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the marketing website.
